Relay Booking Engine

Book the Meetings Worth Taking

A fully customizable intake and scheduling experience for your website. It captures details as visitors type, screens them against your criteria, and opens your calendar to the prospects who fit. Then it reports qualified and disqualified outcomes back to Meta.

The calendar button in the bottom-right corner of this page is the Booking Engine, running live.

The Problem

The Gap Between the Click and the Call Is Where Lead Value Leaks

You pay to bring visitors to your site. What happens in the next two minutes decides whether that spend turns into a useful conversation, a forgotten form, or a meeting that never should have been booked.

01

Visitors leave halfway

Someone enters an email, answers a question, then leaves at the date picker. If your form only saves on the final click, all of it is gone.

02

Calendars fill with poor-fit meetings

Without screening, any visitor can claim a slot your team has to prepare for and sit through, even when you can’t help them.

03

Ad reports count every inquiry the same

A hundred form fills can look like a winning campaign even if most of those people can’t buy what you sell.

How It Works

One Flow From First Keystroke to Booked Meeting

Every step happens inside the booking experience on your website, in an order you configure around how you sell.

01

Capture

Details are saved as the visitor types, before they reach the final booking step.

02

Qualify

Answers are checked against the rules you set for budget, service, location and more.

03

Consent

The visitor makes a clear permission choice about follow-up, in wording you control.

04

Schedule

The calendar unlocks for visitors who fit, and they choose a time.

05

Report

Qualified and disqualified outcomes can be sent to Meta as standard or custom events.

Capture on Keystroke

Keep What Visitors Tell You, Even if They Don’t Finish Booking

Most booking forms only save when someone clicks the final button. The Booking Engine captures information as the visitor enters it, so the email, phone number and answers they provide aren’t lost when they close the tab at the date picker.

Worth knowing: capture covers what visitors type into the booking experience itself. It doesn’t track typing elsewhere on your site, and it isn’t permission to contact anyone. That’s what consent is for.

Qualification

Your Calendar Opens Only for Prospects Who Fit

Ask your own questions, in your own words, with the answer formats you choose. Visitors who meet your criteria continue to your calendar. Visitors who don’t can be stopped before a meeting slot is ever offered, so your team spends its time on conversations it can actually help with.

✓Timeline within 3 months

Budget

An agency reserves consultations for projects within its service range.

Service need

A contractor only offers bookings for the services it provides.

Location

A regional operator checks the prospect is inside its service area.

Timing

A business separates an active project from early research.

Customer type

A B2B provider checks the inquiry matches who it serves.

Qualification screens for fit against the criteria you configure. It can’t verify that every answer is true, and a booked meeting isn’t a guaranteed sale, so ask about the things that genuinely change whether you can help.

Meta Feedback

Show Your Ad Reporting Which Leads Actually Fit

If you only measure form fills, a campaign can look successful even when most of its leads can’t buy. The Booking Engine can send qualified and disqualified outcomes back to Meta, so you can judge traffic by what it produces, not just how many inquiries it creates.

Disqualification works in two places. On your website, it keeps the calendar closed. In your reporting, an event records that the visitor didn’t meet your criteria.

Same inquiry volume. Different value.
Campaign A100 inquiries
100 inquiries
15 met criteria
Campaign B100 inquiries
100 inquiries
45 met criteria

Standard events

Use the names Meta already knows

Map outcomes to Meta’s predefined standard events for recognized actions, such as a completed booking.

Custom events

Name the steps unique to your funnel

Define custom events for outcomes only your business tracks, like your own qualification result.

Clear definitions

Keep every signal honest

Tie each event to one real action. A qualified prospect, a booked appointment and a raw inquiry are measured separately, never blended.

Clearer conversion signals can help campaigns optimize toward outcomes you value when a suitable positive event is selected as the goal. Sending events, reporting on them and choosing an optimization goal are separate steps, and results aren’t guaranteed.

Smart Consent

Permission Captured in the Flow, Not Assumed After It

Getting a phone number, qualifying a prospect and getting permission for automated follow-up are three different things. Smart consent asks for that permission during intake, when the visitor is already deciding how to engage with you.

You write the prompt, the buttons and the disclosure. Because consent is separate from qualification, a visitor can say no thanks and still qualify and book. Their choice then guides which Relay follow-up is appropriate, including AI calls and messages, within the scope of what they agreed to.

Questions

Practical Answers Before Your Demo

Want to see it with your own questions, rules and calendar? We’ll set up a walkthrough around your funnel.

What does “capture on keystroke” actually capture?

Information a visitor types into the booking experience, saved as they enter it rather than only at the final booking step. It doesn’t monitor typing elsewhere on your website or identify visitors who never enter their details.

The calendar isn’t shown, so that slot stays open for prospects who fit. If you’ve set it up, a disqualified event can also be sent to Meta so the outcome appears in your reporting.

No. Qualification decides business fit and calendar access. Consent is a separate choice the visitor makes in the flow, and it governs which follow-up communication is appropriate.

Google Calendar and Cal.com, along with other calendar connections. Bring your current setup to a demo and we’ll walk through how it fits.

Yes. You can use Meta’s predefined standard events or define custom events that match your own funnel, such as your qualification outcome.

All of it. Text, images, colors, the questions you ask, the dates you offer and the wording of the smart consent step can all be set to match your brand and how you sell.

It’s designed to be installed on any website, including as a floating widget in the bottom-right corner of the page, so visitors can start booking without hunting for a contact page.
